Making a Mileage Guarantee Claim

If the tyres are worn down evenly to the treadwear indicators (1.6mm) before reaching the guaranteed mileage of 90,000km, within 5 years of purchase and met the terms and conditions, the customer is eligible for a pro-rata claim for replacement tyre(s).

1. When making a claim, present tyre(s), to the Yokohama Authorised Dealer (place of purchase) along with the original purchase invoice, mileage guarantee registration confirmation email and tyre maintenance records.
   Note: Purchase invoice must show tyre description, odometer reading, date of installation, wheel alignment and any other tyre services provided.
   
   
2. The Yokohama Authorised Dealer must check whether the tyres have been properly maintained, and relevant documents are provided by the purchaser.
   Dealer must ensure that all terms and conditions have been met.
   
   
3. Once the above criteria have been met, the Yokohama Authorised Dealer will provide a pro-rata discount on the replacement YOKOHAMA tyre(s).
